Orders & Delivery
All Furniture Empire products are delivered professionally by our dedicated delivery team. Delivery is available directly to your door; however, free delivery is no longer offered. Delivery charges will apply based on your location and the size of your order visit our Shipping policy page to know more.
Yes. It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as we use a secure courier who requires a signature as proof of receipt.Furthermore, our carriers provide a door-to-door service, which does not include carrying the items inside, carrying items up stairs, placement, or removal of packaging.
Yes you can but please reach out at 905 497-1100 to confirm the charges and delivery time for your order.
You can reschedule the delivery date of your order up to 24 hours before the originally scheduled time.

If you need to update the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us via email at furnitureempire@hotmail.com or by calling 905-497-1100 to provide the new address. Please note that if the new location is different from the original one, the shipping charges may change, and the customer will be responsible for covering any additional costs.
Refund & Return
All sales are final.There are no refunds or exchanges on any purchases. Deposits are non-refundable. For more info please refere to our Return & Refund policy
We encourage all customers to inspect their orders before use or assembly. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for replacement parts or a full replacement if necessary.

Yes, we do offer customizations! On most sofas, loveseats and chairs, you have the option to choose style, to change the fabric (fabric or leather), the leg stain, the cushion firmness, toss pillow fabric, and nailhead colour (if applicable). Within dining and bedrooms, you have the options to choose style, stain, wood type (depending on company), fabric, and in some cases customize to the exact measurements you need.

No but you will receive a set of intuitive and easy to follow instructions that guide you through the assembly process for your specific furniture piece. It’s advisable that you have someone to assist during assembly.

When you are purchasing your furniture we ask that you measure both the furniture (length, width and height). As well, please measure – from wall to wall and floor to ceiling- any doors, hallways, corridors, entrances, or the room that the furniture will be before purchase. All sales are final sale and we are not responsible for any furniture that does not fit in your home.
